The TA Specialist will primarily perform the talent acquisition function of the department. Their responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire top talent for Enabled. They must be skilled in recruiting various roles–from entry to managerial level. They must also strategically balance their effort, time, and company resources between different projects and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring pipeline.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Design and administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidates' technical or behavioral competencies.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.

Other Human Resources facets:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process with the department members to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee inquiries and concerns pertaining to company rules, labor regulations, and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Demonstrate exemplary behavior for other employees to follow.
  • Support other department initiatives and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year bachelor’s degree program
  • Proven 2-year experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR softwares.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of PH employment laws and regulations.
