We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Business Manager to oversee and grow our portfolio of brands in the Philippines. This role requires a deep understanding of retail sales, B2B sales, Ecommerce dynamics, and corporate sales strategies. The Senior Brand Business Manager will act as a strategic project manager, coordinating closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will handle relationships with country managers, negotiating margins, pricing, promotions, and deliverables. The role includes managing and mentoring an initial team of two Brand Business Officers/Specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Brand Growth

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the company’s brand portfolio in the Philippines.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Identify new promising brands to grow in the country and create new brands as part of the company’s growth strategy.
  • Own the Profit & Loss of the various brands

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with procurement, trade marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, product, operations, and finance & accounting departments to align on brand goals.
  • Act as the central project manager for brand initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.

Sales Channel Integration

  • Understand and integrate retail, B2B, ecommerce, and corporate sales dynamics into brand strategies.
  • Work with sales teams to develop pricing, margin, and promotion plans.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with country managers for each brand.
  • Negotiate deliverables, including pricing, margins, and promotional activities.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of two Brand Business Officers/Specialists, ensuring they effectively handle their assigned brands.
  • Provide guidance and support to enhance team performance and professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in business administration, bachelor’s degree in management engineering or a related field.
  • Brand Management experience from multinational consumer company is preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with proven leadership experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail, B2B, ecommerce, and corporate sales channels.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills. Solid command of Microsoft Excel is needed.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can report fully on-site in Mandaluyong City
