The Sales Strategy Officer (Distribution) will provide data-driven business insights and will liaise with the sub-departments of the team. They will come up with comprehensive strategies that address key challenges, drive revenue growth, and enhance overall operational efficiency. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Analyze sales data to identify underserved markets and assess brand performance. 
• Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations to boost market penetration and revenue growth. 
• Collaborate with the business development team to implement data-driven strategies. 
• Evaluate processes-related challenges within the team. 
• Identify bottlenecks to ensure efficient operations and seamless dealer relationships. 
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities for brand expansion in the Philippines. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on the company's products and value proposition to prospective and existing clients, fostering strong partnerships with dealers. 
• Devise and implement growth strategies to strengthen market presence and competitive positioning. 
• Assess manpower requirements for the sales team, recommend resource allocation, and provide suggestions on how to plan team priorities effectively. 
• Develop strategies for effective team prioritization and workload distribution. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Proven experience in developing business or sales strategies 
• Highly analytical and has strong business acumen 
• Proficient in MS Excel 
• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Familiarity with SAP B1 a plus
