The Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. They will be responsible for understanding the intricate details of Ecoflow power stations and how they can address the unique challenges faced by clients in different industries. They will work closely with the technical team to identify opportunities, articulate the value proposition of our solutions, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Execute inbound and outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the energy sector
- Identify and engage potential customers in different industries to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to build strong relationships with stakeholders at target accounts
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific use cases and challenges
- Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions that address their requirements effectively
- Preparation of technical proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and implementation plans, tailored to the needs of prospective clients
- Coordinate after-sales support to customers, including training, technical assistance, and issue resolution, to maintain customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Represent the company and the brand in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Degree holder with relevant experience in solar or renewable energy are also welcome to apply
- At least 1 year experience in technical sales
- Familiar with Philippine government energy projects and procurement processes
- Can travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
