JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Specialist (Distribution, Sales Development) will be responsible for identifying leads and new opportunities to grow the business. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
- Generate leads through inbound and outbound channels to close sales and shorten the sales cycle.
- Connect with prospective clients and create a good first impression of the company and brands that we represent.
- Evaluate prospects to prioritize prospects that are aligned with our goals
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Understand clients’ needs to identify opportunities to upsell and solve their concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including prompt response to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Represent the company in industry events to expand customer base and explore potential leads.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
- Stay knowledgeable about product specifications and competitive landscape effectively communicate product benefits to clients and address customer inquiries.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve team and business targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree in business administration or marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or business development
- Experience in consumer electronics industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Adept in developing and maintaining business relationships with all leadership positions
- Open to working on field or reporting on-site in Mandaluyong as needed
