The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our corporate sales team by assisting with administrative tasks and managing customer inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. 



RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Ensure timely follow-up and submission of BIR 2307 forms as needed. 
  • Track and manage retention payments effectively. 
  • Monitor and confirm the accuracy of Statements of Account (SOA). 
  • Handle the processing of sales orders accurately and efficiently. 
  • Organize and file Purchase Orders (POs), receipts, Delivery Receipts (DRs), and other related documentation. 
  • Assist with sales activities as required, ensuring seamless integration with administrative tasks. 
  • Ensure all documentation related to corporate orders is complete, from the receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) to delivery and payment. 
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, providing information and support while demonstrating patience and understanding. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree in business administration or marketing. 
  • No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.  
  • Flexibility in handling various tasks and responsibilities. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. 
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Ability to follow established processes and instructions accurately. 
  • Efficiently navigates various software programs and maintains a high typing speed, ensuring effective communication and data entry. 
  • Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. 
  • Open to work on-site in Pioneer, Mandaluyong.
