The Sales and Marketing Officer will help drive sales and improve retail performance. Key responsibilities include using data to identify trends, optimizing retail strategies, and supporting digital ad campaigns to grow our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the tracking and analysis of retail sales performance across all locations, preparing regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics, while providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales and retail operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in both physical and online retail stores.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
- Provide insights on how digital ads can be improved to drive foot traffic and online sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure ads align with retail promotions and sales goals.
- Help implement and track in-store promotions to drive sales and meet targets.
- Ensure best practices in customer engagement and sales execution, while training retail staff on sales strategies, product features, and customer service excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business analysis, or retail, ideally in consumer electronics or lifestyle products.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or people management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Very strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Good command of the English language.
- Must be adaptable to shifting schedules and have rest days on weekdays if help is needed at weekends.
- Open to report in Pioneer, Mandaluyong.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
