The Retail Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales associates to meet company sales objectives. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality customer responses, developing sales strategies and forecasts, preparing sales reports and administrative documents, and conducting refresher training for associates. The position also requires modifying and communicating standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating staff schedules, managing performance issues, resolving conflicts, and providing support to other departments as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and monitor online and offline sales activities of the sales associates to achieve company sales objectives 
  • Be able to contribute in developing sales strategies and sales forecasts  
  • Prepares sales reports and other admin-related documents (which includes Concept Stores documents if needed) 
  • Be able to contribute in modifying/ adding SOPs. Ensure that it is well cascaded to the team. 
  • Creation of staff schedule  
  • Manage performance concerns, handle disciplinary discussions and implement disciplinary actions 
  • Be able to handle conflicts as part of customer management and provide timely fair decisions 
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other departments (digital, marketing, procurement etc) as needed. 

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably business/ management related 
  • At least 1 year sales experience ; with proven experience in closing deals  
  • At least 1 year experience in people management/supervisory role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Analytical and strategical skills  
  • Good command of the English language 
  • Must be adaptable to shifting schedule, working on weekends (if needed)  
  • Must be open to be assigned in mall-based stores  
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and dynamic environment
