JOB SUMMARY:  

The Product Development Associate is responsible for supporting the product team in various tasks including product development, product launch, and product management. This includes conducting market research, assisting in the creation of product specifications, supporting sales team by responding to product-related technical questions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and maintaining product documentation, and staying up to date with industry trends.  

 RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Analyze data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends related to electronics and gadgets. 
• Conduct product training for dealers and employees to enhance product knowledge. 
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities based on trends. 
• Support sales team by responding to product-related technical questions  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development milestones are met. 
• Assist in managing product pricing. 
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and product promotions  
• Monitor demo units' inventory and availability. 
• May be assigned other related tasks by the Product Manager as needed. 
• Help maintain good relationships with dealers and suppliers. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Strong interest in consumer electronics and lifestyle products. 
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• 1-2 years of experience in product-related roles. 
• 1-2 years of experience in consumer / market research. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, ppt). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Can report onsite (in Mandaluyong) and on-field.
