JOB SUMMARY: This role supports accurate data management, helps analyze procurement and pricing trends, assists in forecasting strategies and promotions, and ensures smooth processing of procurement requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor pricing performance, procurement trends, and cost analysis. Provide regular insights to support decision-making.
- Perform procurement data analysis, including sales, purchase data, VAT calculations, profit margins, and transaction details to identify opportunities and risks.
- Assist in forecasting procurement needs and promotional planning to optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and regularly update vendor masterlist and pricelist to ensure all supplier and pricing information is accurate and current.
- Run pricing analytics to support product pricing structures such as packages, tiers, bundles, promotions, and margin analysis.
- Calculate landed costs including shipping, taxes, and related fees to ensure accurate cost accounting.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain procurement files and documentation systematically.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar).
- No prior experience required; 1-2 years preferred. Training will be provided.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with strong data manipulation skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is a plus.
