Job description

The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for managing the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery. They will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across multiple platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok Shop Seller Center.
• Process orders received through B2C and B2B channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels for fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high shipping and delivery rate.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Conduct quality checks on products after picking to ensure they are accurate according to the picklist.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, processing refunds or replacements as necessary and updating inventory records accordingly.
• Resolve customer complaints and platform disputes efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Design and implement best practices to easily and accurately flag fraudulent orders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the fulfillment process, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Provide timely feedback to team members regarding updates, cascades, and others.
• Prepare reports and provide insights as requested.
• May be assigned other relevant duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a similar role within the retail industry
• Proficiency in using Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Familiarity with using inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Good communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with customers
