JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual content—including both static and dynamic assets—to support marketing, e-commerce, and brand initiatives. Working closely with the brand marketing team, the Multimedia Artist will design graphics for use across digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, in-store displays, and the company’s e-commerce site. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of visual design principles, keen attention to detail, and the ability to deliver creative work that aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop engaging graphics and multimedia assets to showcase tech and lifestyle products across web, social media, email campaigns, in-store screens, and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and e-commerce teams to conceptualize visual styles, execute storyboards, and develop creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Produce Static post, banners, thumbnails, product videos, motion graphics, and promotional reels tailored to various digital marketing channels and seasonal campaigns.
- Design and produce content for new and existing product lines, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Edit and enhance video content such as product demos, event highlights, customer testimonials, and branded stories with professional visuals, sound design, and smooth transitions.
- Tailor visuals and animations for different platforms and screen sizes, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and quality across media types and devices.
- Optimize creative assets for key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email newsletters, and the company’s e-commerce website.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, including tone, visual identity, and messaging consistency.
- Maintain an organized archive of multimedia assets, templates, and project files to support efficient production workflows and brand consistency.
- Research and apply current trends in motion graphics, interactive media, and visual storytelling relevant to tech and lifestyle branding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, advertising design, multimedia arts, communications, marketing, or any related field
- With 1-2 years of relevant experience, also open for fresh grads
- Can report on-site, 5 days/week
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
