The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in managing our inventory process and ensuring its accuracy. To succeed in this role, you need to have strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Recommend process improvements for higher efficiency and better accuracy of inventory
• Conduct routine inventory count of warehouse items 
• Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting and Procurement team to close weekly inventory
• Ensuring timely and accurate system receiving of all incoming deliveries
• Ensuring all inventory-related documents are endorsed to the proper departments in a timely manner
• Ensuring that stocks reflected in ecommerce platforms are updated
• Manage inventory requests of all departments and relay all concerns within the team to ensure that operations would run smoothly
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level

  QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or equivalent 
• At least 3-5 years of warehousing or inventory experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot, advanced formulas)
• Knowledgeable in WMS and ERP
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
• Knowledge of warehousing concepts - receiving and invoicing practices
• Keen attention to detail and possesses strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles
