JOB SUMMARY: The E-commerce Associate will be responsible for optimizing and managing product listings, storefront management, and executing promotional strategies across the company’s online sales channels (including Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok). 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Creating, managing, and optimizing product listings to achieve excellent content quality score, maintain a high search ranking, and ensure listings align with brand standards 
• Implementing promotional strategies and tools to drive sales and enhance brand visibility as well as coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely execution 
• Managing the storefront and ensuring a user experience-friendly design while keeping the store’s collaterals up to date with the latest campaigns 
• Executing the systematic phase-out of outdated or discontinued products, including updating or removing listings and coordinating with procurement, inventory and digital teams 
• Monitoring and evaluating competitors' product offerings, marketing tactics, and market positioning to identify trends, opportunities, and threats 
• Prepare detailed competitor check reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• With a minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or marketing related field  
• Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel (including formulas such as lookup, concatenate), and Google Suite  
• Highly-organized and detail-oriented  
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills  
• With experience and strong interest in photography and videography  
• eCommerce experience is a plus  
• Amenable to working 5 days a week, reporting on-site in Mandaluyong  
• Traits: life-long learner, output-driven, has empathy, and has high integrity  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
