We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong passion for advertising. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's marketing goals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence 
  • Oversee the development of engaging and impactful content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content 
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives
  • Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platforms


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a digital marketing role (within the consumer electronics or lifestyle sectors - preferred but not required)
  • Can report on-site 5 days/week
  • Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Facebook/Meta Ads (Required), TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads for SEM (preferred)
  • Knowledge in SEO preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand visibility and revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
