We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong passion for e-commerce advertising. This role will be primarily focused on developing and executing digital marketing strategies on Lazada and Shopee, aligning with our business objectives to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products on e-commerce platforms, primarily Lazada and Shopee.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
  • Manage in-store ads on Lazada and Shopee, ensuring effective execution and optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Lazada and Shopee.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, digital advertising best practices, and social media platforms.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking.
