JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible in assisting with development and execution of digital marketing strategies specifically handling multi-channel platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada & Shopee Ads) that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's marketing goals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence
  • Oversee the development of engaging and impactful content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives
  • Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week (flexi-time)
  • Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads for SEM
  • Knowledge in SEO preferred but not required
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
