The Accounting Analyst will work to ensure accurate and timely records for the preparation of financial statements based on generally accepted accounting standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Process payments accurately and in a timely manner and apply payments to appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any discrepancies between billing records and payments received.
• Review sales transactions on the system
• Record inward remittances
• Prepare journal entries to record fees charged by digital payment channels and platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Applications
• Keen attention to details and strong analytical skills
• Can communicate effectively and efficiently
• Can work on-site 5 days/week in Mandaluyong City
