We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst who can confidently represent the company to business partners to perform effective AR Billing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate. They will ensure accurate and timely billing, collection, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

AR Billing

• Generate and review customer invoices according to contractual terms and billing schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, following documentation standards.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Maintain an organized tracking system for documenting billing activities.

Invoice Processing and Collection

• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment terms, and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve collection disputes.
• Process payments accurately and in a timely manner and apply payments to appropriate accounts.

Reconciliation and Reporting

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any discrepancies between billing records and payments received.
• Prepare regular AR aging reports and analysis to track the status of outstanding invoices and collections.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of AR-related journal entries.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to management regarding AR performance and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
• 1-2 years of work experience in AR Billing
• Very strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and can converse confidently with clients and business partners
• CPA/CTT or any other similar and relevant license preferred but not required
• Can report on-site 5 days/week to Sparta PH, Mandaluyong City
